Truly effective wellness coaching, from a European point of view.
I am an ICF certified coach and wellness is my obsession.
A few years ago, I moved back to the US, where I grew up. I had been living in Europe, primarily in Switzerland, for over 25 years.
And I started to notice something when I started spending more time in the US.
I could not help but notice just how many television ads were promoting medications.
And, interspersed with these ads for prescription medications that offered relief for a huge range of symptoms and diseases were….ads for food. Fast food. Junk food. Tasty, but toxic beverages.
It was impossible not to draw some awful conclusions about the connection between ultra processed food and the multitude of symptoms of poor health.
I know that there are ways of living that can help you cope with all the aggressors out there. I want to share what I have learned from my adopted country of Switzerland, as well as what I learn on a daily basis from a multitude of sources that challenge the status quo, about all the attacks on our health that are present in our current environment. And, I am going to share with you all the hacks and things you can do to prevent premature aging, premature cognitive decline, and promote wellness so you will look, feel, and BE at least 10 years younger than your biological age.
I promise you - it’s going to be great. Wellness coaching works. You can start from where you are. Before too long, you will see results. And, the further you are from optimal health, the more changes you will see right away. But even if you are “doing all the right things,” keep watching, reading and listening… because I am sure there is something here for you.
